Biography
I guess you could say I am a homebody! I grew up in Brainerd, MN, did my undergraduate work at St. Cloud State University, and received my Ph.D. at the University of North Dakota. Since then I have taught a year at University of MN-Morris and I have been at ÐßÐßÂþ» since 1990.
My background is in organic chemistry and my research was in polymer chemistry. My primary teaching responsibilities are General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry.
I love interacting with students so I am active in the chemistry club, advising, science fair, workshops to entice students to pursue STEM fields, costuming for high school show choir, and raising my seven children!
