HyFlex course delivery is a course design model that presents the components of hybrid learning in a flexible course structure that gives students the option of attending sessions in the classroom, participating online or doing both. These classes provide both students and faculty with a great deal of flexibility to adjust and adapt.<\/p>\n

Hyflex also requires a great deal of adaptability from faculty since instruction is being delivered in person and online simultaneously. Students can choose the way that they engage in the class — in person or online. In designing hyflex courses, faculty must reimagine, redesign and reconsider each aspect of the interaction, instruction and assessment of the course outcomes.<\/p>\n
